Welcome to the software submission page at Shareware
Etcetera. [The submission form is way down at the bottom of this
page, but please read all of these terms and conditions first!]
We accept
submissions in the standard ASP "pad" format. Please ensure that
your submission fits all of the following requirements:

Descriptions in the English language.

Valid screenshot and icon urls, linked to
valid images (not pages with images, but the images themselves)

Valid download url that points to either a
self-extracting installer (EXE file) or an archive (ZIP file).
Submissions that have download links to web pages are not admissible.

Only Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP software is accepted
at this time.

Make sure your author name and company name
are filled in

Make sure your pad xml url in your pad file is
valid. We will periodically auto-fetch and update your submission.

Do not submit "lite", "pro", "gold",
"silver", etc versions of the same program. Do not submit the same
software under multiple names. Your software will be removed.

Do not submit adult or obscene software.

We reserve the right to reject any software for any reason
or lack of reason.
| We have a zero-tolerance policy
towards adware and spyware. Any submissions that are found to
contain adware, spyware, viruses, or other malware will be removed,
and the author will be banned from submitting future software.

All of the software to date has been collected from the
ASP PAD repository. If your software is improperly categorized, then send
us an email at
sharewareetc@sharewareetc.com with the appropriate category name and we
will relocate the software to where it belongs.
We do review and validate the PAD files that you
submit. This takes some time, but is necessary to prevent fraudulent
submissions. Unfortunately, I can't give you a guarantee as to when your
software will be listed.
